2023 OSWP Holiday Party

Time to celebrate the holidays with your OSWP family!

WHO: OSWP Members and Guests

​

WHEN: Sunday, December 10 (2nd Sunday), 2:00-6:00pm, Dinner at 3pm, Cash bar until the end of dinner

​

WHERE: Crowne Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South, 164 Fort Couch Rd., Upper St. Clair.

​

COST: $20.00 with the OSWP paying the difference which is about $11/person ($31 total cost because of increased price and service fees.)  We are able to continue to offer this discount because of all the work the volunteers do at the Spring Show.   Please offer to volunteer it pays in the end!

MENU:
Pasta Buffet:

• Garden Greens with 2 dressings

• Penne Pasta, Marinara and Al Fredo Sauce

• Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast

• Italian Style Meat Balls

• Vegetable

• Garlic Bread Sticks

They do have gluten free pasta.​

AND RETURNING…THE COOKIE TABLE AS DESSERT.

PLEASE NOTE ON YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS! They offer a gluten free option.

WHAT TO BRING:

1. Blooming show and tell orchid/orchids for room decorations.

2. Cookie Table - Please bring cookies or other confection for dessert.

 

The program, Todays Mini and Compact Cattleyas, will be presented in person by Fred Clark, Sunset Valley Orchids, California.  www.sunsetvalleyorchids.com. Plant favors, one per household if there is a family membership, will also be from his greenhouse plus he will bring plants for purchase.  No member sales.

Preorders at 10% discount and no shipping because he will bring them with him.

Instructions for Sunset Valley Orchids website pre-orders:

1. Once the Shopping cart is populated with your selections, click Go to Payments

2. In the Shipping Address section:

   • Full name: indicate the Orchid Society of Western Pennsylvania,

   • Address: the meeting date -12/10/2023.

3. In the Billing address section, fill out the fields indicate with an asterisk*, then click Continue

4. On the checkout page indicate: Cash on Delivery to pay at the meeting.

1. Use the "Buy Now" buttons at the bottom of the page. You do not need a PayPal account to use the Buy Now PayPal site.  Click on “Accept PayPal” and the next screen will offer you a choice to use your debit or credit card.

Payment Deadline: Received by December 5th,  at the latest. If not paid, you cannot attend unless there is a late cancelation. Cancellation Refunds for payment until 12/05/23.​
